Two people were killed and four others wounded in Zaporizhzhya and the district as a result of a nighttime attack by the Shahed on 27 August. In total, Russian killed three people and wounded five in the Region yesterday and at night.
According to preliminary data, Russians attacked with seven UAVs in Zaporizhzhya district and the city itself. This was reported by the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration.
The attack killed two people and wounded four.
"At night, Russians attacked Zaporizhzhya region with Shaheds. Houses were destroyed and fires broke out," the RMA said in a statement.
There are currently four victims in hospital:
- an 86-year-old woman in serious condition due to burns over 54% of her body
- a 59-year-old man in moderate condition
- two women, aged 30 and 56, with minor injuries.
Two people - a man and a woman - died.
The blast wave and debris damaged private houses, and dry grass in the open area caught fire.
