On the night of 12 September, Russians carried out a massive air strike on energy and civilian infrastructure facilities in the Konotop community. The prosecutor's office reports 14 wounded civilians.

The prosecutor's office said that as of 8 a.m., 14 civilians had sought medical assistance, 7 apartment buildings, 1 private house, a medical and educational institution, 3 cars, a garage cooperative, a shop, and a banking institution were damaged.
Emergency services are working at the site. The consequences of the air strike are being eliminated. People are being provided with all necessary assistance.
