Russians dump chemicals on checkpoint in Kherson Region, injuring three police officers

Law enforcement officers suffered chemical burns to their eyes and respiratory tract. 

In Beryslav, Kherson Region, Russians dropped a chemical explosive on a checkpoint from a drone. Three police officers suffered chemical burns.

This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.

"In Beryslav, Russians attacked a checkpoint with drones. As a result of an explosive device dropped from a drone, three policemen aged 37, 38 and 47 suffered chemical burns of the mucous membranes of the eyes and respiratory tract. Their lives are not currently in danger," the statement said.

Also, according to the National Police, a tractor driver hit a mine in a field near Sukhyy Stavok during earthworks. As a result of the explosion, the 25-year-old man sustained blast injuries, a head injury and contusion. The agricultural machinery sustained mechanical damage.
