In the evening of 30 October, Russians attacked the Saltiv district of Kharkiv, first with a KAB. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Synyehubov.
As of 14:15, 35 people were reported wounded. Three people died: a man of 25-30 years old, a child of 15 years old and a child of 12 years old.
The body of the 15-year-old boy was the last to be found. His relatives reported that there was no contact with him, but it was not known whether the child was alive until the last moment.
A fire broke out at the site of the hit, almost the entire entrance of the building was destroyed, and civilian cars were damaged. In his turn, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the Russian attack completely destroyed floors 6 to 1 of the 9-storey building.
The deceased child is a boy. He was freed from the rubble with severe head injuries and fractures. Doctors tried to resuscitate him, but his injuries were too severe.
