In the morning of 7 November, Kyiv was again attacked by drones. As of 6:48 a.m., debris was reported to have fallen in Pechersk, Holosiyivskyy, Solomyanskyy, Obolon, Darnytsya and Podil districts. There are reports of two injured.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported that Russian attack drone hit the upper floors of a high-rise building in the Pechersk district of the capital. The attack caused a fire, and people were evacuated from the building.
A restaurant in the building was damaged, with a fire covering an area of 50 square metres. The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko, said that after the fire on the 33rd floor, the building structures of the 34th technical floor were partially destroyed over an area of 50 square metres.
Earlier that night, a residential building in Holosiyivskyy district was damaged. An apartment was damaged. One person sought medical attention. According to police, it is a 34-year-old woman. Also in the same area, a fire broke out in a garage cooperative on an area of about 200 square metres. It has already been extinguished, with no injuries. Four cars were damaged.
"As a result of the Russian drone attack in Kyiv, debris fell in two more districts - Obolon and Solomyanskyy. In Obolon, a fire broke out on the top floor of a business centre. There were no reports of injuries. In the Solomyanskyy district, debris fell on the territory of an industrial enterprise," the KCMA said in a statement.
A fire broke out on the territory of a warehouse building in Solomyanskyy district over an area of 600 square metres. One person was injured, a security guard aged 57.
Also in Solomyanskyy district, debris fell on a medical centre. One injured person was hospitalised there.
"...there was a fire in the 3-storey building of the medical centre on the 1st floor, on an area of 20 square metres, the fire was extinguished. No one was injured," the SES reported.
In Podil district, according to the mayor, a private two-storey house caught fire.
In Darnytsya, debris fell into an open area. No fire and no casualties. Debris fell on a residential building. No fire and no casualties.
