During the assault in the Kursk sector, the Russian army lost at least 17 pieces of equipment to mines.
This was reported by the Commander of the Land Forces Oleksandr Pavlyuk.
‘Kursk Region. The enemy lost 17 pieces of equipment during an attempt to conduct an assault - only because of mine explosions,' Pavlyuk said.
The commander adds that in this area, thanks to minefields professionally equipped by the specialists of the 12th separate support regiment and engineer units of other units of the Land Forces, about 30% of enemy vehicles were destroyed during the attempted advance.
Pavlyuk thanked the soldiers for their high professionalism and effective combat work.
