Russian military targeted the town of Zlatopil in the Lozova district of Kharkiv Region, according to Oleh Synyehubov, the head of regional military administration.
Update. According to the State Emergency Service, 11 people were injured as a result of a Russian missile strike.
Preliminary reports indicate that missiles struck near a banking institution, damaging non-residential buildings and civilian vehicles. A second strike followed shortly after, hitting an administrative building.
As a result of the two attacks, 10 people were injured. Among the victims are two men aged 49 and 59, as well as eight women aged 29 to 62. Eight of the injured have been hospitalised, including two women wounded during the second strike.
Authorities continue to assess the damage and provide assistance to those affected.
According to the prosecutor's office, the Russian army fired two Iskander-M ballistic missiles at the city.
