The number of casualties from the Russian missile attack on Zaporizhzhya on 10 December has increased to 11, with the body of the last victim recovered from the rubble. The Office of the Prosecutor General confirmed that the search and rescue operation concluded at 13:36 on 11 December.
The attack also left 22 people injured, including a five-year-old girl.
The strike targeted the central part of Zaporizhzhya, destroying a private hospital and damaging nearby buildings and vehicles. Medical personnel are among the victims.
Authorities have condemned the attack as yet another deliberate assault on civilian infrastructure, emblematic of the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine.
