Ukraine needs drones and electronic warfare equipment to stabilise the frontline. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following talks in Kyiv with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
‘Peace through strength is spelled out in our Victory Plan... We need a strong Ukraine. This is the kind of Ukraine that can defend its independence, protect its people... In principle, all this is in the Plan... But if you want more details, there is a package of weapons to maintain the army quantitatively and economically,’ the president said.
Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine needs additional weapons to stabilise the frontline. But the main thing is not to give the initiative to the enemy on the battlefield, as was done in Kharkiv Region.
‘Stabilisation in general is a very important factor. We need to do the same in the Donetsk Region, in the direction of... It will be done,’ the President assured.
‘For additional production of drones and electronic warfare systems. Two simple things we need... We are ready to do this to stabilise the situation completely. And to take the initiative in some areas,’ he added.
