Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have destroyed a Russian heavy strike-reconnaissance drone, the Forpost-R, which carries KAB-20 guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert "Madyar" Brovdi.
According to him, the drone was detected and destroyed on 27 July over Russia’s Kursk Region. The successful interception was carried out by pilots of the 7th Battalion Topota of the 414th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade Madyar’s Birds using the Ukrainian Chaklun-KM interceptor drone.
