Ukraine’s Armed Forces Unmanned Systems Forces, as part of the Crimean Switch Off operation, struck 18 more electrical substations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, 14 of them located in Crimea.
This was reported by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi.
According to him, between 25 and 27 July, Ukrainian drones carried out strikes on 18 energy hubs: 14 in temporarily occupied Crimea and four more in other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
“18 more energy hubs between 25 and 27 July in Crimea (14) and other parts of the temporarily occupied territories (4) were worked over by the USF Birds,” Brovdi noted.
The commander also said that overall, from 1 to 27 July, the Unmanned Systems Forces struck 154 energy facilities.
Among the targets in Crimea were the 330 kV Simferopol substation in Simferopol, as well as the 220 kV Bakhchysaray substation, which, according to Brovdi, was hit twice between 25 and 27 July.
In addition, the strikes hit the 110 kV substations Luchova (Muromske), Kapsel (Sudak), Nyva (Nyva), Novoozerna (Novoozerne), Perevalne (Perevalne), Sudak (Sudak), Dozorne (Dozorne), Zhayvoronky (Zhayvoronky), Skvortsove (Skvortsove), Alushta (Alushta), Artek (Gurzuf), and Blyzhni Kamyshi (Feodosia).
In other temporarily occupied territories, electrical substations were hit in Honcharivka in Luhansk Region, Tavrychanka and Tavriya in Kherson Region, as well as in Novyy Svit in Donetsk Region.
