A Russian drone attacked the locomotive of a train running on the Sumy–Kyiv route. Passengers and crew members were evacuated in time, so no one was injured.

According to the company, Russian forces once again attacked civilian transport in the Sumy Region. A Russian UAV struck the locomotive of the Sumy–Kyiv train.
A monitoring group detected the threat in advance. After that, the train and locomotive crews evacuated passengers to a safe distance.
There were no casualties as a result of the attack. One carriage of the train was damaged.
Ukrzaliznytsya noted that railway workers are currently working to restore service and minimize schedule disruptions on this section.
- Over the past five days, Russian forces have attacked Ukrzaliznytsya facilities 41 times. Six railway workers were killed in the shelling, and another 17 people were injured.
