A MiG-29 fighter jet has been damaged at the Millerovo military airfield in Russia’s Rostov Region. The strike on the aircraft on 24 August was confirmed following an analysis of data, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
In addition to the fighter jet, over 24 August and during the night of 25 August, Ukrainian forces struck a number of other military facilities belonging to the Russian occupiers.
In Luhansk, a specialised electronic warfare complex, the Peresvet-M, was hit. In Myrne, in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, a Starlink satellite communications jamming station was struck.
In Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhya Region, Ukrainian forces hit a depot storing fuel and lubricants and ammunition. Another depot — containing materiel for an occupation unit — was struck in Prymorsk.
The extent of the damage to the Russian facilities is being уточнюється. The Defence Forces said they continue to work against the enemy’s key military targets.
