On the night of 28 August, the Russian army destroyed Nova Poshta sorting centres in Sumy and in the Kyiv region. Russia dropped four guided aerial bombs on the terminal in Sumy, damaging three lorries.
In the Kyiv region, a drone struck a sorting depot. The company reported this on Telegram.
“An assessment of the consequences of the enemy attack is currently under way. Nova Poshta will compensate customers the full declared value of damaged shipments and will contact each person to provide details of the reimbursement,” the statement said.
The status of shipments can be checked in the mobile app and on the company’s official website.
