The supervisory board has announced an open competition for the position of CEO of Ukrainian Defence Industry.
According to the company’s press service, candidate selection and preliminary assessment will be carried out by the Ukrainian office of international executive search and leadership consultancy Amrop Partnership. It is one of the world’s largest consulting networks specialising in executive search and leadership.
“The company was selected through an open procurement procedure. Amrop Ukraine will begin searching for candidates on 1 September 2026,” Ukroboronprom said.

During the competition, the supervisory board has appointed Serhiy Boyev as acting CEO.
