Ukrainian drone manufacturer F-Drones has unveiled an upgraded version of its LITAVR interceptor drone — the LITAVR+ — designed to counter jet-powered Shaheds, the company’s CEO Stanislav Khutor told LB.ua in an interview.

“The LITAVR+ is an upgraded version of our main interceptor. It can reach speeds of 400kph and even slightly higher. As before, it features a range of useful capabilities: proprietary software, a specialised navigation system that does not rely on GPS, and a terminal guidance system (last mile), which allows a mission to be completed without pilot intervention. And, of course, there is the remote-control technology, which allows the pilot to operate the drone from virtually anywhere in the world,” Khutor said.

According to Khutor, the LITAVR+ has already passed factory testing and is now undergoing combat trials. “There have already been successful deployments, including the interception of jet-powered Shaheds, with corresponding video footage,” he said.
