On the morning of 18 September, Russia’s army attacked the Fastiv district of Kyiv region with drones, leaving five people injured. Three of the victims are children. According to the State Emergency Service, all those injured are members of the same family.
They were hospitalised with blast injuries and an acute stress reaction. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.
“Among the adults, a woman suffered an acute stress reaction. A man sustained thermal burns, a shrapnel wound and a cut to his foot,” he said.
The Russian strike destroyed one private home and damaged another. A car was also damaged. Rescuers and other necessary services are working at the strike sites.
