Ukraine has managed to bring back five more children from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

"Another five children from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region have been returned to Ukrainian-controlled territory. They are two boys and three girls aged between 3 and 15," the statement said.

The return of the Ukrainian children was carried out as part of the presidential initiative Bring Kids Back UA, with the support of the charity "Save Ukraine".

The children are currently safe and are undergoing reintegration at the "Hope and Recovery" centres, where they are receiving the necessary assistance.

Since the beginning of 2026, 185 children have already been returned to Ukrainian-controlled territory from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
