Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 14 settlements in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, five people were killed and a further 15 were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

In the village of Lypkuvativka in the Novovodolazka community, a 30-year-old man was killed and a further eight people were injured.

In Velykyi Burluk, two men aged 63 and 58 and a 73-year-old woman were wounded.

In Balakliia, men aged 60, 55 and 74 and a 71-year-old woman were killed. Three more women aged 56, 58 and 80 were injured.

In the settlement of Slatyne, a 66-year-old man was wounded.

Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with missiles. The city’s Industrialnyi district was hit.

Overall, across the Kharkiv region the enemy used:

  • 2 missiles;
  • 5 guided aerial bombs;
  • 2 Molniia-type UAVs;
  • 5 FPV drones;
  • 52 drones, the type of which is being established.

In Kharkiv, a warehouse facility and a multi-storey apartment building were damaged.

In Kupiansk district, a warehouse building, a café, three private houses and four apartment blocks, as well as a pre-school educational institution, were damaged.

In Izium district, two houses in Balakliia were damaged.

In Kharkiv district, cars, private houses, an electric train and power lines were damaged.

Damage was also recorded in Lozova and Chuhuiv districts.

Meanwhile, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 283 people over the past day. Since it began operating, 60,689 people have already been registered there.
