In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, emergency services tackled fires that broke out as a result of Russian attacks.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The day before, Russian attack drones caused major fires in two nine-storey buildings. Balconies and flats from the sixth to the ninth floors were ablaze.
The total area affected by the fires was about 800 square metres.
Rescuers managed to contain the seats of the fires. However, due to renewed attacks in the area where work was under way, the firefighting operation had to be suspended.
According to the State Emergency Service, there were no casualties among personnel. Rescue equipment was also not damaged.
