Today, 22 October, in the morning, the enemy struck one of the transport infrastructure facilities in the Zhytomyr Region.
As the head of the Regional Military Administration Vitalii Bunechko said, a fire broke out at the drone crash site, which rescuers promptly put out.
Because of the threat of repeat strikes, State Emergency Service personnel were unable to begin extinguishing the fire for some time.
After the security situation stabilised, emergency responders quickly contained and extinguished the fire.
According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities or injuries.
