Tu-95 Strategic Bomber Crashes in Russia

A Tu-95 strategic bomber has crashed in Russia’s Amur Region.

The incident was confirmed by Russia’s Ministry of Defence.

Six people were killed as a result of the aircraft’s crash. The Tu-95 came down in an uninhabited area.

• The occupiers use these aircraft to launch missiles at Ukraine.

• Other military aircraft have previously crashed in Russia. Earlier this year, in July, it became known that a Su-57 had crashed in the area of the Moskva River.
• Last year, in November, an Su-30 crashed in Karelia.
