Today, 1 October, two drone strikes were recorded near the support structure of the Southern Bridge in Kyiv.
The city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote about it.
At present, metro services and surface public transport across the bridge have been halted.
Specialists from Kyivavtoshliakhmist municipal enterprise are inspecting the condition of the structure following the strikes.
The “green” metro line runs across the Northern Bridge. Since the introduction of differentiated air-raid alerts, the metro has not been stopped at the yellow level, but it has been stopped at the red level, which warns of a missile strike or a large-scale drone attack. Today’s strike occurred during the yellow alert level.
