In the Kharkiv region, a Russian FPV drone deliberately attacked a vehicle belonging to Gas Networks, which is part of the Naftogaz Group. Five employees were travelling to carry out repair work in one of the settlements of the Zolochiv community.
This was reported by Naftogaz.
The employees spotted the drone in time and managed to leave the vehicle before it hit. No one was injured in the attack, but the vehicle was damaged.
This is already the 14th Russian attack on Gas Networks employees since the start of 2026. Crews have come under fire both while responding to emergency call-outs and directly while carrying out repair work.
At the same time, since the start of the year, gas workers from the Naftogaz Group have dealt with almost 3,300 emergency incidents caused by Russian shelling.
