Russian forces attacked Odesa. As a result of the attack, an administrative building was damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lisak.

As said by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, the façade and roof of the administrative building were damaged, as well as cars parked nearby. So far, no information has been received about any casualties, and the fire at the scene has been extinguished.

He also urged residents not to publish photos and videos from the strike site immediately after the attack. According to Kiper, such material could help the enemy determine where people are and increase the risk of a repeat strike while a rescue operation is under way.

  • Yesterday, 9 October, as a result of Russian attacks in Odesa, a warehouse containing food was damaged, where a fire broke out. In the south of Odesa Region, the enemy hit administrative and utility buildings on the grounds of a holiday resort, and dry grass also caught fire.
  • In addition, at another address, 11 houses at holiday resorts were damaged and a café building was destroyed. There were no fatalities or injuries.
