Ukrainian DJ and producer Nastia (Anastasiia Topolska) has cancelled all her planned performances in the United States — at least until the Trump administration “changes its policy towards Ukraine”. This was reported by MixMag, citing the DJ’s Instagram.

In a post published on Instagram, Nastia said she had stopped accepting offers to perform in the US because of the “recent decisions of the Trump administration”.

According to her, the US has begun to “ease economic pressure on Russia and strike energy deals that benefit the aggressor; at the same time, it is restricting the supply of critical military technologies needed by Ukraine and putting pressure on our country, while Russia continues its attacks”.

“This has crossed a line I cannot ignore,” she wrote. “My country is fighting for its existence. Ukrainians are being killed, our cities are being destroyed, and our future is under threat every day.”

She added that she “simply cannot” return to performing in the US in the usual format while the Trump administration maintains its current course on Ukraine. At the same time, she stressed that the decision is not directed against “the American people, promoters, or the music community”.

It is not currently specified which performances in the US Nastia has cancelled.

Nastia last performed in the US at the beginning of this summer — she played shows in Austin, New York, Los Angeles, and Detroit. Since then, from June onwards, she has not visited the country.
