On the night of 3 November, the Russian army attacked Rivne region and damaged a substation there.
The head of the Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Koval wrote about it.
“As a result of the overnight attack on Rivne region, one of Ukrenergo’s substations was damaged,” he said.
At seven in the morning, Koval wrote that “one Geran down”.
At around 12:00, the head of the Regional Military Administration reported an attack on a petrol station in Sarny district. A fire broke out on the filling station’s premises, engulfing equipment and a vehicle.
As a result of the strike, a man was injured. He was taken to hospital in a moderate condition. The fire has already been extinguished, and the relevant services are working at the scene.
