The Ukrainian team will work in Brussels on 4 and 5 November with partners on Ukraine’s post-war recovery and the provision of security guarantees for our country.
As the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service wrote, Rustem Umerov, the meeting involving the Ukrainian delegation and representatives of the European Commission, the United States, NATO, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the World Bank will be hosted by the European Commission.
According to him, the main agenda items will be detailed work on the Prosperity Plan and Ukraine’s long-term resilience.
On the Ukrainian side, teams from the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Defence and the Office of the President will take part.
This continues the talks held in Florida and Oslo aimed at achieving peace in Ukraine.
“Now, at the level of working teams, we will go through in detail the work done on post-war recovery, economic development and Ukraine’s long-term resilience,” Umerov wrote.
On Thursday, work will continue separately on security guarantees for Ukraine together with colleagues from the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, as well as NATO representatives.
Security, recovery and development must be parts of a single plan for Ukraine after the war, Umerov noted.
- The EU will be represented by national security advisers and other senior officials.
