Pro-Russian separatists in Donbas violated the agreed "full cease-fire" 15 times on 12 January 2016.
The press centre of the antiterrorist operation HQ has reported continuous shooting attacks by the militants near Pisky, Opytne and south of Avdiyivka. The enemy used firearms, grenade launchers of various types and large-calibre machine guns.
The same weapons were used against the strongpoints of Ukrainian troops near Novhorodske, Zaytseve and Mayorsk. An enemy sniper was operating near Mayorsk.
Underbarrel grenade launchers were shot at Troyitske.
The separatists did not use heavy weapons on 12 January.
No cease-fire violations were recorded today in Luhansk Region and Mariupol.
Over the past 24 hours, the militants have violated a cease-fire 35 times. The antiterrorist operation troops suffered no casualties.
