The OSCE representative in the trilateral contact group on a Donbas settlement, Martin Sajdik, has said that the group will next meet on 20 January 2016, the UNN news agency has said.
As reported earlier, at the 13 January meeting in Belarus's Minsk, the trilateral group supported Ukraine's initiative that both sides of the conflict in Donbas should release over 50 prisoners each. The first to go should be the wounded, heavily ill and women.
The parties also reached an agreement that international humanitarian organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross, would be able to meet the prisoners in remand centres in the areas beyond Ukraine's control and Ukrainian citizens held by pro-Russian separatists.
