The Supreme Administrative Court has refused to open cassation proceedings on the appeal of the Communist Party of Ukraine seeking to challenge the legal conclusions of the commission for the observance of the law on decommunization, the Justice Ministry has said on its website.
The ruling may not be appealed.
On 24 July 2014, then parliament speaker Oleksandr Turchynov announced the dissolution of the Communist Party faction.
