A regular video conference of the trilateral contact group on a Donbas settlement, scheduled for 30 September will not take place, Darka Olifer, the press secretary of Ukrainian representative in the group, Leonid Kuchma, has said.

"Based on the mutual agreement of the participants in the trilateral contact group, a video conference was scheduled to be held tomorrow, 30 September, to which representatives of the certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions (CADLR) were invited. The meeting was to discuss the course of the implementation of the framework agreement on the disengagement of troops and forces, reached by the trilateral contact group. However a Skype meeting will not take place due to the refusal of a representative of the CADLR," she said.
