Pro-Russian militants have carried out two cannon attacks on the village of Zaytseve, Donetsk Region. As a result, one person was injured and a private house caught fire, the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) press centre has reported.
"At around 11 a.m. on 6 May, in violation of the international humanitarian law, the Russian terrorist troops twice fired with 152-mm and 122-mm cannons on the village of Zaytseve, Bakhmut District of Donetsk Region," it said.
Rescuers and ambulances are working on the site.
The OSCE Joint Monitoring Mission has been informed accordingly.
The militants have been shelling Zaytseve for three days now.
