Prosecutor-General Yuriy Lutsenko has asked parliament to lift immunity from prosecution from Opposition Bloc MPs Oleksandr Vilkul, Serhiy Dunayev and Dmytro Kolesnikov. He published the photos of the motions on his Facebook page.
His press secretary Larysa Sarhan said that after the procedures committee reviews the motions, they should be put to vote in parliament together with the fourth motion concerning MP Oleksandr Ponomaryov.
It is Lutsenko's second attempt to strip these MPs of immunity from prosecution. The previous motions were rejected by the procedures committee.
