Ukraine has registered a new daily record of 5,804 cases; 89 patients died and 2,417 recovered. The case total since the start of the pandemic has reached 250,538.
Private laboratories will test Ukrainians for Covid-19 at no cost to them as bills will be taken care of by the state budget, RBC Ukraine has quoted Health Minister Maksym Stepanov as saying.

Poland

Cabinet of Ministers
The Cabinet of Ministers has suggested that the Natonal Security and Defence Council should introduce sectoral sanctions against Nicaragua after the Central American country opened its honorary consulate in occupied Crimea.
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved an action plan on the implementation for the National Patriotic Upbringing Strategy for 2020-2025 and the Concept of the State Targeted Social Programme for National Patriotic Upbringing for 2020-2025.

Inflation in September 2019 reached 0.7%, meaning that annual inflation slowed down from 2.5% and 2.4% in July to 2.3%, the State Statistics Service has said.

According to UNICEF, one in five teenagers in Ukraine experienced online bullying, one in 10 regularly life to parents and friends about the time spent in social networks. A third of teenagers use social networks to get rid of negative emotions, one in eight teenagers is addicted to social networks.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has asked Google and Apple to block Russian apps, such as of social networks which have been banned in Ukraine since 2017.
