Ukraine has registered 9,832 new Covid-19 cases over 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. There were 94 deaths and 2,753 recoveries.

Local elections

MPs Ihor Kolykhayev, Zinoviy Andriyovych and Ruslan Trebushkin have been elected the mayors of Kherson, Nadvirna and Pokrovsk respectively. According to the Chesno movement, they will now have to hand in their MP mandates.

Re-elected Konotop mayor Oleksandr Luhovyy died of Covid-19.

The Central Electoral Commission has announced that repeat elections will be held in some locations in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Vinnytsya and Sumy regions.


Ukraine's GDP has slowed down from 11.4% to 3.5% in Q3, according to the State Statistics Service.
