Russian elections
After the State Duma elections in Russia, the Kremlin is likely to radicalize its policy regarding Ukraine, a representative of the Ukrainian delegation to the trilateral contact group on Donbas, Serhiy Harmash, has told Radio Liberty.
He added that the Kremlin would use residents in separatist-controlled parts of Donbas for its purposes. "They will vote or one would make it look the way Putin puts, for sure. There has been campaigning exclusively for United Russia. By the way, this canvassing is an election campaign being held in Ukrainian territory," he added.
