Since the beginning of the invasion Russia has fired 113 tactical land-attack and sea-based missiles "Iskander" and "Kalibr" towards the peaceful cities and villages of Ukraine, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi reported.

"This bloody crime of the Putin regime is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and requires an investigation by the Hague tribunal," he said.

It has become known earlier that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague Karim Khan (UK) has initiated an investigation into Russia's crimes against Ukraine. He describes the actions of the occupier as "war crimes" and "crimes against humanity".
