OSCE staff members have moved from Kharkiv to Dnipro and are awaiting departure. At the same time, the monitoring mission in Kherson continues to be in the city, hiding in a shelter.
According to the OSCE, the head of the mission and senior management will remain in Ukraine until the evacuation is complete.
We can remind you that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe is suspending its mission in Ukraine and evacuating employees from Ukraine. It was announced on February 25.
