Russian troops entered the territory of the Balakliya city community of the Kharkiv region. This was stated by the mayor of Balakliya Ivan Stolbovy. Local authorities will not cooperate with the occupiers.
"Russian troops have entered the territory of the Balakliya community! The Balakliya City Council, the Executive Committee and I personally will not cooperate with the Russian troops!" - the mayor noted.
He noted that he remained in the city and would not run away.
As you know, Kharkiv remains one of the most shelled locations. Today the occupiers fired in the city center again - a cruise missile hit the City Council building. Yesterday the occupiers fired at the building of the regional state administration.
