The Czech Republic will abolish mercenary liability for citizens who fight for Ukraine against the Russian aggression.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala.
"At the meeting with the President, we agreed that we can guarantee the absence of punishment for people who want to go to war in Ukraine and will fight on the side of Ukraine," he wrote on Twitter.

As previously reported, on 24th February the Russian Federation went to war against Ukraine and began bombing peaceful towns and villages. Attacks and fierce fighting continue.
On 27 February, a foreign legion of volunteers was formed in Ukraine. Citizens of other countries who want to join the Legion will be able to easily enter Ukraine through a visa-free scheme.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on all foreigners who want to protect the security in Europe to join the International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine.
