In Kharkiv, servicemen of the border detachment detained an artillery observer of the Russian occupiers. This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Synegubov.
The incident took place near one of the city checkpoints. The man could not explain his reason for being at the checkpoint. During the search, weapons, a quadcopter and a large amount of cash were found in his possession. In addition, phone data showed contacts with the "Curator" and "Cannon".
"This is just one example of the daily work of our border guards. The military, having detained an enemy artillery observer, saved many lives," Sinegubov said.
As previously reported, from 2nd to 3rd March, Russia hit hard on Kharkiv, Izyum and the villages of Yakivlivka and Khoroshevo. The enemy killed 34 civilians in the region in one day, injuring at least 285, including 10 children.
