Russian occupation forces have occupied villages north of Vyshgorod in the Kyiv region and are terrorizing the local community. This was reported to LB.ua by locals.

"The Russian occupation forces have stayed here for several days by now. They have no food and rob the local population by taking food away. They are located in the houses and hide behind us as a human shield. We haven't had light for several days. However, the occupiers are not allowing it to be fixed. Their military is located just near the place of breakage of the high-voltage transmission line," said a resident of the Dymer village.

According to her, there is a catastrophic shortage of food in the village. One of the villagers tried to break through into Lutizh to help his fellow villagers, but was fired upon. "We have a lot of wounded people and almost no medicine. We have tried to contact the government, but there is currently no way to get medicine. As far as I know, the bridge in Kozarovichi village was destroyed."

As previously reported, the fights in the towns near Kyiv in Bucha, Irpin, Gostomel are ongoing. The enemy has taken hold in the north of Vyshgorod in Dymer and Ivankiv.
