The UN Human Rights Council has established an international commission to investigate Russian war crimes against Ukrainians.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced this.
The evidence will be documented for use in international courts.
Вітаю заснування Радою #ООН з прав людини міжнародної комісії з розслідування фактів російських воєнних злочинів проти українців. Докази будуть задокументовані для використання в міжнародних судах. Російські воєнні злочинці будуть покарані.

"Russian war criminals will be punished," the statement said.
The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Karim Khan, asks everyone who has documentary evidence of Russia's war crimes in Ukraine to send him these materials by e-mail.
Khan himself initiated an investigation into Russia's crimes against Ukraine. He describes the occupier's actions as "war crimes" and "crimes against humanity".
He noted that Ukraine is not a member state of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC, or the Court), so it cannot report the situation to its office.
This morning it became known that a team from the International Criminal Court has already left for Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that Russia's top military and political leaders will definitely appear before the International Criminal Court and will be responsible for every crime committed. This will be the Nuremberg Trials of the 21st century.
