We will destroy the looters on the spot. This was the statement by Olexander Turchinov at the headquarters of the Podilskiy Territory Defense Battalion in Kyiv.
"I want to warn the scum who are trying to rob the homes left by Kyiv citizens - our fighters will destroy you on the spot, without any court proceedings. Because looters are traitors and enemies of Ukraine, who work for the Russian army and are subject to destruction, like any occupier," Turchynov said.
