In the Sumy region, rescuers saved a woman from the rubble of the combined heat and power station. They handed her over to the medics, as reported by the press center of the State Emergency Service.
Today, on March 4, the rescuers and the employees of the local company and residents continued emergency work on the territory of the combined heat and power station in Ohtyrka, which suffered an enemy airstrike on March 3.
“Today, we have not found anyone under the rubble. The work had to be stopped due to the threat of the new airstrike. Yesterday, after the enemy airstrike, a woman was released from the rubble and handed over to the medical professionals. Also, dead bodies of three people were discovered,” the State Emergency Service reported.
The Okhtyrka CHPS was destroyed as a result of air bombardment by Russian fighters.
