In Sumy, a threat of street battles has been announced. Locals are asked to stay at home or in a safe place and not to go outside.
As a reminder, after the enemy’s bombardment, the city of Okhtyrka remains without heating. As a result of the attack, five workers of the thermal power station were killed. The boilers and engine room are ruined. Half of the city doesn’t have power.
