One person died following enemy shelling of airport near Vinnytsia

One person died from Russian shelling of the airport in the village of Havryshivka, in the Vinnytsia region, reported the press service of the SES (State Emergency Service of Ukraine).

"On 6 March, at about 1:35 p.m., near the village of Havryshivka, Vinnytsia district, a rocket attack caused a fire in a fuel and lubricants warehouse, with an area of about 1,000 square meters, and partially destroyed an administrative building. At 2:35 p.m., the SES rescued four people from the rubble; one of them died. The SES is still working at the scene, involving 111 people and 21 units of equipment," the statement says.

Today Russia fired eight rockets on Vinnytsia. The President once again called on the West to close the skies over Ukraine.
