Including service in the following institutions:

Families of soldiers who die while on active duty will receive a one-time payment of 15m hryvnyas.

"Our conscripts showed heroism and endurance. Professional contractors took the first blows of the Russian invaders, but every victory is based on the solid support of our contractors, including in places of permanent deployment. A Ukrainian soldier, either a contractor, volunteer or a conscript, deserves the same respect and support. Recognizing this, the Cabinet of Ministers removed the restrictive rule so that every conscript knows that the country appreciates their service. Together we will defeat the enemy! Glory to Ukraine!” Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov commented on the decision.
