The Russian troopd have targeted a maternity hospital in Mariupol.
This was announced on Facebook by the Deputy Head of the National Police, Vyacheslav Abroskin.
"The Russian occupiers opened artillery fire on maternity hospital #2 in Mariupol. According to eyewitnesses, the maternity hospital no longer exists. Many women were wounded and killed," Abroskin wrote.
According to Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Civil-Military Administration, the maternity ward, the hospital, children's ward, and therapy were destroyed.
"A little while ago, the Russian pilot, who probably doesn't shy of calling himself a human, pulled the trigger again, knowing exactly where the bomb will hit. Russians! You have not just crossed the line of unacceptable relations between states and peoples. You have crossed the line of humanity!" Kyrylenko wrote on his Facebook page.
As was reported earlier, on the morning of 9 March, the Russian occupying forces fired Iskander mutiple rocket launchers on Kramatorsk in Donetsk Region. According to preliminary information, no-one was injured.
On 8 March, Russian troops disrupted the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol, Donetsk Region. The enemy opened fire along the humanitarian corridor.
